REFUND & RETURN POLICY


Standard Returns (30 Days)

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Trial Use Allowed (Up to 3 Matches)

We understand you may need to try the product out first. You may use the item for up to 3 matches to test fit and comfort.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Returned within 30 days of delivery

In returnable condition (no tears, rips, or damage)

No heavy wear (no major stretching/warping or worn-out appearance)

No washing

No strong odors, excessive sweat marks, stains, or residue

Returned with all original packaging and accessories included

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable / Denied Returns

We cannot accept returns if the item shows heavy use, has been washed, is damaged, or has strong odors/excessive wear. If a return is sent back in unacceptable condition, it may be denied or a reduced refund may be issued.

Return Rules:
Returns Window: 30 days from delivery
Return Approval Required: Returns must be authorized before sending anything back
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Restocking Fee: 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method minus the 15% restocking fee (and original shipping, if applicable). Refund timing depends on your bank/payment provider.

Sale Items - Non-Returnable


All items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. This includes items marked as clearance, promotional offers, or any products sold at a reduced price. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase of sale items.


How to Start a Return


To start a return, please contact us at luvontstore@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns that are not due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.
This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and quality control.
No restocking fee applies if the product is defective or incorrect.
Damages & Issues


Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If valid photo or video evidence is provided showing the product is defective, we'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items


The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Orders placed during a sale or purchased at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstance, including cancellations after purchase.


Exchanges


The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
